- être en conformité avec les principes fédérateurs dans la Charte et s'engager à la respecter en tous points.
- accepter d'adhérer au code d'éthique en tant qu'individu (condition obligatoire). 

Un membre Individuel peut être un travailleur autonome satisfaisant à ces 4 critères, un professionnel dont l’employeur ne satisfait pas 4 critères mais qui lui-même y répond individuellement. L'adhésion individuelle pour 1 an est de 100$.

Un Membre Corporatif doit inscrire 3 employés ou plus. Chaque employé inscrit doit :
